Customs & Import Taxes

Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees once they arrive in your country.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your order is significantly delayed (over 30 business days), damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, contact us.
We will investigate and may offer a replacement or refund.


Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.
