Refund Policy
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-day return window. This means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@ultrasmile.org within 60 days of delivery.
All returns must be approved before being sent. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the appropriate return address based on your location.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must not be intentionally damaged or misused. We reserve the right to deny returns that show clear signs of abuse or intentional damage.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We may request photo or video evidence to help assess the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
This statutory right is separate from and in addition to our 60-day money back guarantee.
Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
