You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping costs may apply.

To start a return, email hello@ultrasmile.org within 60 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be approved before being sent. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address based on your location.
Return shipping is free for approved returns.
