How Exchanges Work

If you’d like to exchange your item (for example, for a different colour or a replacement unit), please contact us at hello@ultrasmile.org within 60 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and what you’d like to exchange for.

All exchanges must be approved before anything is returned.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email hello@ultrasmile.org as soon as possible.

We may request a photo or short video to assess the issue. Where appropriate, we may arrange a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned.


Change-of-Mind Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for preference (e.g., colour), contact us within 60 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required. We’ll confirm the next steps and provide the correct exchange instructions based on your location.
