How Our Guarantee Works
Try your UltraSmile Pro for 60 days from the date you receive your order. Use it regularly, follow our tutorials, and if you're not satisfied with your cleaner, brighter smile, we'll refund your purchase price in full.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at hello@ultrasmile.org within 60 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return (helps us improve!)
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Ship your device back (used condition is perfectly fine)
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
What We Ask
- Give it a fair trial—at least 6-8 uses over 3 weeks
- Follow the usage guidelines and tutorials provided
- Return the device in reasonable condition with original packaging when possible
- Used devices are accepted—we just ask it's not damaged beyond normal wear

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Received a faulty or damaged device? We apologize—that's not the UltraSmile Pro experience we want for you.
Please contact us immediately (ideally on the day of delivery) at hello@ultrasmile.org with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund—your choice.
MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS
We partner with reliable shipping carriers, but occasionally issues happen.
If your order hasn't arrived:
- First, check your tracking information
- Allow up to 20 business days for domestic orders (25 days for international)
- After this period, contact us at hello@ultrasmile.org with your order details
We'll investigate immediately and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Important: UltraSmile Pro cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or items left in unsecured locations at customer request. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international customers: Please note that you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.
UltraSmile Pro is not responsible for any additional customs or import charges. If you're unsure about potential fees, we recommend checking your local government's customs website before ordering.
