60-Day Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Contact our support team within 60 days of delivery
  • Device must be unused (not used on teeth)
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Return approval is required before shipping

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and approve eligible returns
  3. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address for your region
  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
  5. Refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection

Important Notes

For hygiene and health safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of devices that have been used on teeth. The 60-day window allows you to inspect the product and ensure it meets your expectations before use.

Return shipping costs and methods will be confirmed when your return is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Policy: Shipping Costs (International Orders)

Once an order has been dispatched, the original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.

For international orders (including orders shipped to the USA and other destinations outside the UK), UltraSmile incurs carrier costs at the point of dispatch that cannot be recovered. In the following circumstances, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund issued:

  • Change-of-mind cancellations made after dispatch
  • Refused deliveries (where the customer declines to accept the parcel)
  • Returns where the product is not faulty or damaged

In these cases, the refund will cover the product value only. The non-recoverable outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Example: If your order total was £83.89 (£60.74 product + £23.15 shipping), and you return the item for a non-fault reason after dispatch, your refund will be £60.74.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If a product is faulty or damaged, a full refund including any shipping costs will be issued in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
